CMI Real Estate has been an appointed receiver for various mortgages services and lenders. Our clients can depend on all the necessary acts for a proper and lawful receivership to be followed. Our client list has included: Bankers Trust, Trent Rosenthal, Prudential Insurance, Texas Commerce Bank, Zion, Washington Mutual and Bank One

Our duties would include:

  • Take possession of the property
  • Take control of any bank accounts
  • Take and maintain possession of all documents, accounting, and other records
  • Collect rents
  • Pay all expenses associated with the operation of the property
  • Create and adhere to all budget guidelines
  • Present lenders and court officials with all operating statements by the 15th of the month
