We recently visited the Houston DPO, and are pleased to share that the office was in excellent condition overall. The Property Management team was on site and walked with us during the visit. They were very attentive and proactive, documenting all observations in real time and immediately beginning work on the items noted. Tenants expressed positive feedback, noting the the property management team is consistently helpful and communicative. There were no complaints or concerns raised, and multiple tenants shared that they genuinely enjoy being housed at this location managed by Central Management, Inc.
